Very disappointed with Dr. Tam's service. I will not be coming back nor recommend it to a friend.Last Saturday, on June 25, 2022, I attended the AT clinic to clean and fix my toothache. These guys are awesome! Understanding and caring and pretty professional on what they do and what makes it better is that they give you referrals to the x ray place next across the road and sit with you and answer every question and options and stuff you have... cost me 70$ to see them and Medicare x ray across the road did wait for years to see a dentist and besides got coffee shops nearby and can chill 1 phone call you can run back in and see dentist instead of waiting on a chair for 7 hrs like CARLTON EMERGENCY DENTAL HOSPITAL CHARGED ME 30$ FOR A 5 MIN CHAT AND X RAY REFERRAL TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3HRS (F THAT!) and the dentist at A.T dental was mor3 caring and communicative not like the hospital just wanted to usher you away after few minutes and MY TEETH ARE BAAAAAAAAAD!

Dr Lara is always friendly and very welcoming. She explains problems with your teeth in a way that is simple to understand and she always addresses your concerns and gives you solutions to improve your dental care. She always tells you what she is doing while she's cleaning or doing a filling so you don't get surprised if it's a bit uncomfortable. She is the most gentle and thorough dentist I've ever been to. I will definitely keep coming back to Dr Lara!

Dr Andrew is a well experienced and patient dentist. I had seen him for Wisdom tooth ache and was advised for tooth extraction.Initially I was nervous but the Dr was very calm and kept updating me through the process and allowed ample breaks when requested.To help my anxiety he even turned on Netflix for me and then onwards, I was at ease the entire time.He provided information for post extraction recovery, medication and other referral for my TMJ concerns.The Clinic is hygienically maintained in a good condition and has friendly staff. They accept different types of insurances as well.

I have been coming to see Dr Lara for a number of years and am very happy with the care received. Dr Lara always take the time to explain to me what she is doing, and is always friendly, professional and gentle.

I have been to this dentistry and have been very unhappy with their service lately.The service from lara was very ungentle and rough, my gums still hurts. Extremely poor mannerisms, And she talked back in the most rough way possible, it was a surprise to me because I couldn't believe the unwelcoming aura she had given. I love that talk when she said stuff about vaccumming and cleaning the room but honestly is that how she has spoken to all her clients?????????????????????? It was so unpleasant that I can't even go further into the details and yes, upsetting experience and very unneccesary talk from her..As a past loyal customer I can not believe the kind of treatment I have received, I feel really lucky to have not yet trusted atdental with other orthodontics and braces services which I will gladly take this THOUSANDS of dollars service elsewhere.I have been here for years and thankfully my friend had given me a recommendation for another dentistry, and I have received great services and proper treatment from this other dentistry.I do not recommend this place and why? My personal experience is as described above.Disappointing to say that I will not step foot inside here again, meaning you just lost a loyal customer.I have shared my personal experience with people who had regrettably recommended me here and they have found it shockingly digusting as well.Also,I have a huge gap/hole between my tooth that feels cold and numbed. I previously had some fillings done there however it fell off while I was flossing one night. My new and recent dentist I just recently visited told me I need it filled up asap. I am very happy to have trusted my new dentistry with this service and that I didn't trust it here at atdentalhealth. You know who I am talking to.
