Each time I go to Tanya (about once a month), I usually have a different ailment plus my regular stress and office-work related shoulder and neck tension. I can explain my pain to Tanya, she'll ask a couple of questions, then get to work. Tanya is amazing - from pain in my foot , to a sharp pain in my shoulder, and various places in between, her knowledge and expertise will generally sort it out with only one visit! I'm so grateful to you Tanya - you and your team work so hard and do a fantastic job of keeping me moving! Thank you!!

Tanya is amazing and her knowledge of the human body is absolutely mind blowing. I wouldn’t call myself fit or an athlete but I am a very busy and active person. I was in pain but didn’t want to go down the road of painkillers and endless appointments with no results. I definitely made the right decision in going to Fitlife Sports Massage. As a FIFO worker that has little time for remedial, Bow with soft yet amazingly strong hands and bubbly personality has helped me over the last 6 months to manage back pain from surgeries aswell as ongoing care for tight and damaged muscles from crossfit training while i'm in Perth. I highly recomend finding one good a good masseuse and sticking with them so they get to know your common issues, thank you Bow Buxton for help fixing my injuries and tight muscles even the ones I didnt know about until you found them.
