My son took his rod into this shop for a tip eye replacement, rang them to ask when he. Culd pick it up the next day as they said 48 hours, they told him they knew nothing about it then told him some time next week, then I ring them up and they tell me they can't talk because they have 9 customers in the shop what a joke, what does that make me, I mean I've paid for a job and what I'm not a customer, how bloody rude is this business and un professional not a happy customer at all and I have been coming into that shop for over 30 years discussed I am

Helpful guy, didn't just try and sell me the most expensive stuff , pointed out less expensive things that would do the same thing . Also had experience fishing for what I am targeting so that was good too.
