Wentworth Falls Newsagency & Post Office

As a local to the area I visit this news agency/post office frequently. I find every experience irritating (a view shared by the rest of my household and close friends in the area), enough so, that it's time to write a review. I find all of the staff (I believe I have been served by at least 5 different staff members including the husband and wife owners) to be unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional. Just now, I needed to use their post office services. I was lined up behind the woman being served in front of me as the second staff member finished up a transaction with another customer. She came over to the second till on the post office side and removed the closed till" sign

I have NEVER had an issue with unfriendly or unhelpful staff in fact quite the OPPOSITE! Perhaps some people get back what they put out (the preceding review which I refer to). Friendly

Great range, nice people.

As local residents we call in at least once per week to empty our post box and collect parcels. I have read the reviews and can only sing highly at how well run this business is. I have always been treated with professionalism and with genuine warmth.Of course there have been times when the staff are run off their feet or new staff are still learning the ropes. In spite of this I enjoy calling in to say hi and would recommend this business to anyone.

I have been a Wentworth Falls resident for 32 years and remember the current owners taking over Post Office when it moved from the original building. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful even when they are run off their feet. There has never been a postage problem that they couldn't resolve.
