Claudette has helped me immensely as I used to suffer from chronic period pain where I was literally bed ridden once a month, whereas now I can still do all of my day to day life and Im no longer bed ridden! Claudette really looks at your entire lifestyle not just the issue, she considers your physical and emotional wellbeing and as it is all hormone related it makes sense! I had been to so many Drs prior to finding Claudette and they all just told me to go on the pill (female oral contraception) which I personally did not want to do.
