Been going to John for years now. He spotted the source of any injury i had been to 2 specialists about and pinpointed the type of injury it was in 2 minutes flat. Prior to that the specialists has cost me thousands and still had no idea what was really happening. John provides practical advice and exercises to work on.What can i say - is John the best physio in the world...maybe, you'd be mad not to give John and Michael's practice a go.

Michael is an excellent physio with a caring and professional approach. He was incredibly patient and knowledgable in getting me back to full training after a hip injury. Can't recommend him highly enough.

You know that you’re seeing a good Physiotherapist when you are treated properly, given exercises and told that maybe one follow up appointment is all that’s needed. John and the team are amazing at what they do and give the best treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

Big thank you to Active Answers Physio for starting Golf fit classes/programme!Matt has put a huge amount of effort and research into his classes… lots of variety with stability strength and balance exercises applicable to your golf swing …oh! and lots of fun!The session with Lynus Yip was a great insight into the life of a golf pro.Both he and Matt eager to answer any questions and give us lots of tipsSo… if you love your golf and want to drop a couple of shots off your handicap , as well as improve overall (golf) fitness, I strongly recommend you come along to this programme

I was referred to active answers by a friend who had a great experience here.Having had a shoulder issue,which needed surgery and then rehab.Michael Gilbert has been attending to my injury and physio needs.He got me onto the right path, as I was unsure what to do.I could not be happier with his help, every step of the way.I would highly recommend Michael or one of the team here to get your physio or other issues sorted out.
