Scan-Hi

This company is incompetent, ordered a part 4 months ago. It arrived after 6 weeks and they said they would post but nothing arrived. They don't answer calls when you chase them up. Go to another supplier

Scanhi highly recommened a Hyundai generator for our business to power a bore pump they sized up the generator with the pump, after a short period (4 weeks) the fly wheel cracked and that was just the start of the a nightmare, Scanhi were hard to deal with often angry and accused us of not looking after the machine, and blamed us for the continual failure of the machine, even though they suggested the machine in the first place and we followed their recommendations to the letter.Please take my advise stay away from Hyundai power products and be very careful about purchasing from Scanhi, your on your own when things go bad, we are out of pocket $4500. and you'll find your warranty isnt worth the paper it's written on.
