Went here the other day, nothing really that special. Items were still full priced (unless it was different at the check out).Which is annoying!Mainly filled with damaged/broken goods.

The selection is minor but they have good stock of the highest quality. 2 sales associates helped me pick a jacket. They were both extremely helpful and patient with me. They aided me in the selection process and even provided me with a measuring tape and additional options.Not sure why the negative reviews but my experience was 10/10 and I look forward to returning.

The outlet boutique is super well organised and tidy. There are heaps of cool brands represented here with a decent amount of stock. Some really cool pieces for sure, sizes are a bit limited.The staff is really friendly and know there stock.Street parking is near impossible so use the Cannery across the road.

I’m a huge Incu fan and an even bigger fan of the outlet. The staff are always so so so lovely and will go so far out of their way to help out. Also have been to two warehouse sales and Incu absolutely kills it every time. I highly value warehouse sales not just as a way to keep in budget but also as a way to reduce waste. Love all my pieces from here!

Kenneth is da man!I had an issue with payment so I decided to call up. Kenneth listened and handle my situation very professionally. My issue was resolved in one phone call! Crazy good customer service.I highly recommend this company.Please note, INCU was not at fault.

first time at the outlet, but a long time shopper at incu. the customer service was excellent, i was served by a young woman called christy and she was the best! really got my style. i look forward to coming back here regularly - especially with that VIP customer service!an easy 5 stars!
