Have purchased a number of products in store. The best, friendliest service I have ever experienced anywhere else. Great web site and I had great customer support via the chat service. Placed my order and was delivered from their warehouse to the shop next day for me to go and pick up. The prices are unbelievable compared to normal retail, more than 50% off. Will be back to purchase more. The place to go for all manchester. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Ordered a rug. Received nothing for 3 weeks. Then finally received a credit statement saying my money will be refunded... With absolutely no explanation. 3 days after the generic credit statement I call to find out what's going on with the refund. The girl was friendly enough but English was terrible and caused slot if confusion. Won't shop here again.

The quality of the throw and bed cover is wonderful. The cover is so luxurious and soft, yet still light, and the colour is amazing.The post was superfast and hassle-free, and they were packaged securely and professionally. I couldn't ask for a better transaction. Thankyou!

These guys are the best! Great quality stock, very helpful & friendly customer service and a really quick turn around to get my order to me asap. I usually buy the waffle tea towels for my machine embroidery business and have never had any complaints from my customers re the quality or colour fastness. The towels are also cut straight which is not always the case with tea towels so I can get a professional finish.

Processing of my order was delayed however on contact, staff member very apologetic and sheets were sent express post. Delay was due to Christmas period and hundreds of orders. Sheets are a beautiful duck egg blue colour, well made, silky and smooth to sleep on. They wash well too. Would order again from this store

Couch and lounge chair covers are excellent! Easy enough to put on and has dressed up tired but comfy furniture. And the cats don’t scratch the couch any more...very pleased
