Very poor service and bad attitude. I had an accident i waited 3 days to get claim number. Even that they gave it to me after i called them. They not bother to send an email i asked them few times not they dont care at all. Not recommended.

I recently got a quote from WIB and the service was outstanding. Excellent value, the broker even asked questions about things I hadn't thought of. Very thorough and I still ended up with a fantastic deal on my insurance - while covering more of my property. I would absolutely recommend Western Insurance Brokers
