Can't fault the shop itself.The carpark is chaos though. Not one ticket machine was operational.I walked around the entire carpark and checked them all.There was no clear signage to explain machines were all out of service and people could still safely park knowing they wouldn't be booked.I know several people who have been fined here, so I spent another 10 minutes downloading the App and signing up to ensure I was safe. Definitely not idealI wouldn't recommend anyone elderly or anyone who isn't tech savvy to go there.

The majority of staff in this store are, at the very LEAST, knowledgeable as to what stock is available and where it is.In my opinion that should be pretty standard. However there are a few real gem's here at the Wollongong store.These staff don't get annoyed when you ask three questions about the same product.They're not frustrated with new to ALDI customer's, that can't keep up with the speedy scanning of their grocery item's. Same goes for the elderly.Also, in my personal experience, when I've found a random item left behind in a trolley and presented it to staff in checkout I was shown great appreciation and acknowledgementor my honesty. Even for an item that was under three Australian dollar's.ALDI is responsible and trusted!

Good for a select few products. Cash registers could be manned more than just one open at a time

Just walked away from appalling customer service at the checkout whereby a new guy at the counter totally ignored the lady he served in front of me and ignored her question to him so she walked away shaking her head while he continued talking to girl behind him. I pulled him up for it and all he could say was do you want acatalogue and then carried on his conversation with the girl behind him about how 2 year olds behave. Even woman behind me was surprised. Come on respect your customers

Great place to shop and easy parking.

It's Aldi! What's not to love about it. There's plenty of parking out the front. Note there is only a handful of parking along the street.

Ticket Machines don't work, so forced to use some unknown app. Not shopping here again, there are plenty of other more friendly Aldi stores about.
