I visited Supercheap Besudesert on Friday 20 January to purchase a few items and in particular, I needed plastic polish. The staff member who approached me to assist was “Beau”, he blew me away with his tenacity in relation to selecting the best product for me and he even researched the web for more detail.This man has the perfect demeanour for delivering the ultimate in customer service and politeness, companies surely need people like Beau.

The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.The extensive variety of products are always at a very competitive price, with lots of discounts throughout the year. The staff at the Beaudesert store are the best.

When I entered the store I had no idea if they sold what I needed. The young lady assured me that they did indeed, and directed me right to it. Great atmosphere with helpful staff. I also found out they sold lots of things for my motorhome so I joined their rewards scheme.

Best supercheap around! Always go above and beyond to help us out. Definitely recommend this store.

I have been to quite a few supercheaps, and the staff here stand out by far with their service! A special mention to Trent, what a legend! Could not get any better customer service than what he gave today, incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Well done mate.All products I needed were available in stock. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! I brought a new battery from here and ask for the staff to fit it, not only was the manager blunt to her staff be she was blunt about the entire situation and came across very rude, and seems to be on a HUGE power trip! the manager tried to remove my old battery and told me she couldnt get it out after being told they couldn't fit it due to staffing issues and then told me that it was pretty much broken, then my car wouldn't start and I was left outside in the heat with 2 young children!They then referred to Bridgestone who had my battery in, in 5mins after me driving my car up to them after Bridgestone staff came to jump start my car I absolutely will NEVER give these people my money every again. Totally dissatisfied with super cheap to say the least. The manager needs a serious lesson in customer service and the way she treats her staff it was deplorable!
