It is a great organiseation for people to go and have fun who have a mental disability.

The 3 people on the community connections program Adelaide SA are disrespectful, if you don't agree with something one of them says you get blocked and abandoned, disrespectful, I deeply regret my experience, stay clear.

I was sacked from Skylight last year - fair play, I did the wrong thing as a support worker. Earlier this week a parent of mine was terminated from employment after six months of intermittent service for what a reasonable person I daresay would concede were highly spurious reasons. It's Christmas - for Christ's sake. The HR department at this NDIS mumbo jumbo, micro manager's paradise need to face themselves in the mirror at the plight they callously inflict on their most insecure workers. Poor ethics and Thatcherism are not those of good old MIFSA and the wonderful staff in position before this mismanagement of essential public health policy. I stand by these words. I only wish management would stand by theirs. Vale, Mifsa: shop around consumers/'participants', because these people do the same with mental health carers, very quietly, make no mistake. Sue me for libel? I'd like to see you try.

Amazing facility hosting many training course and ongoing support and activities for people struggling with mental health issues and support for carers,totally non judgemental service kind caring staff

Beware about letting them handle financials.

The staff at Mifsa Wayville are really helpful and supportive and they really go out of there way to help people with a disability and their company is a warm welcome and feeling at the same time.

I have Caitlin as a support worker for a year . Is amazing and couldn't have got through with out her support, she is fabulous and Georgia my support coordinator is amazing. Very blessed to have these people in my life

Money wasting organisation that manipulates most vulnerable clients to follow their own financial needs and political agenda behind. As it appears they are supporting impersonalized corporate mass production in quite a hidden way by undermining evidence based management strategies. The changed name from mental illness fellowship to Skylight my best reflect the change from a caring to a solely business driven enterprise.
