Its heart breaking when your boat motor fails and you have to bend over and take it up the rear end by sales people trying to sell you a new engine, but when it comes to having the old motor removed it just gets worse. Don't use this business absolute butchers, have what they want and says it belongs to the engine! and get no extra for it. Cut wires and the damage done to the fibreglass and rubbed in grease from shoes and handprint all over the boat!!!! 100% wreckers as in wreck your boat, they left the boat shocking mess. Walked away feeling dirty and ripped off!

Try taking your boat elsewhere, professionalism is basically non existence, have no desire to assist or provide a service regardless of cost.Basically they are better off shutting doors and retiring as they clearly have no desire to operate a business.

Brought my boat in to have a service and specific fault addressed. The service was supposedly completed and fault rectified, but it wasn’t tested so first time out on the water it faulted again, leaving me, my wife and 3 young children stranded on the water. We had to be towed by the water police. I then took the boat elsewhere to be checked and they identified the fault straight away and advised that the previous service hadn’t been done properly, despite costing over $800.

Couldn't find a part for my mercury, rang moby, they didn't have it but Matt was able to search for it and found it for me, ordered it and couriered it to my house, no fuss credit card payment over the phone, thank you Matt.
