3rd day waiting for a call back. What a joke Max employment Morley are.Just spoke to a decent guy from head office who also tried to contact them to no available.Edit: Just had Keilen from Morley contact me awesome bloke. Will be asking for him from now on.

What a joke. Can't ever get hold of office by phone use 1800 number and speak to someone somewhere to be told your consultant will call you back. Never happens. You guys are meant to help people find employment. And you have the power to suspend centrelink payment s. Do you communicate in your own office? We're the emails sent and replied to last week worth anything? Obviously not!

It is a huge run around having to contact the 1800 number first. From there, they contact the Morley office or you have to wait for head office to contact you back. Generally, there is no response from either.There is definitely a lack of communication and I rarely feel supported.I will be switching providers in hopes of a better service.

Wanted to suspend my payments for not attending an empty building. Theyre not even on the street listed. Wont answer the phone either. Good stuff guys.

Went there on time of appointment to be attended after 40 mins just for a signature!amazing people ,oh n won’t answer phone on first few attempts

Terrible ! Im not exactly to sure what your requirmemts are when employing your recruitment staff but from where I am standing , your organisation looks nothing more than a bunch of fat cats scratching backs and taking advantage of goverment funding and treating disadvantaged" and "Vunerable" in our community as cash cowsYour staff are terribly unprofessional

Had a 1pm phone appointment, waited ,no call by 1:40pm.. missed a call at 3:04pm, get txt saying my payment is on hold because I didn't meet my" requirement. Hmmmm Called up the same day at 3:50pm was told my "case worker" would call me back. Never got a call back. Whenever I ring the 1800 number provided the exact same thing happens. They can't help me

So disorganised they booked me for the same appointment three times (wasting a LOT of my time) only to send me home the other two times since I'd already completed their 'activity'. You arrive on time and have to wait 20-30 minutes to even do anything. Never answers phone and does not have a answering machine, so if they don't pick up they claim you never called & that it's your fault. Pressured, threatened me into rescheduling a specialist doctors appointment I'd been waiting two months for (Saying they'll cancel my payments even after telling them 4 days in advance of this doctors appointment that if I don't come to THEIR appointment I'll get cut off). The staff do not care. This is the worst possible place to go, do not come here if you have a choice. If you get appointed here, ask for the transfer line and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

No proper waiting room / area and on Monday I had my job appointment and I attended then had a training thing that went for 1 hr after it was done I had to wait 1 hr for the internship info session , I went home and hurt my back I had a training thing on Thursday and Friday I called up Thursday and said I was bed bound and they said they will let me of the out a medical certificate the next day I told them I couldn't get out of bed still having issues with my back they said that's OK make sure you get a medical certificate . I asked if my payment s are OK they said yes. I ended up having to call 1800 sick to get it as I don't drive and in to much pain to walk to the bus stop .Checked my payments and to my shock they were suspended with no call or anything from job provider stating that NY payments were getting suspended I am very angry at this service very immature and unprofessional , I have a medical certificate that was agreed upon that I return Monday but now my payment has been cut until Tuesday ,Did you also not realize I couldn't catch a bus because I have no money so how the f do you aspect me to goto the training centre or you guys Monday now I got no cash on Monday so how am I suppose to give you this medical certificate for today I am looking for work and barley living of what money I get don't need use making it harder . deff changing job providers.

Absolutely ridiculous place!! The workers" are complete and utter clowns! Worst place ever! They don't ever ring you back!
