Called up spoke to a Steve that works there told me I could come after hours to collect my parcel cause apparently I couldn’t give my partner permission to get it. Was told to ring the bell on the side door, rang it 4-5 times with no answer even after he told me someone will be there. I’m not usually one to give reviews but when I’m told one thing and get the complete opposite, that’s one thing I do not like.

Always very helpful, good customer service and lovely people. In 6 years I have never had an issue. Wish all Australia Post locations were like this :)

Good post office in the picton mall. The usual postal services and lots of gifts to choose from. They also have quite a few sweets available. I took of a star as I unlike many people do alot of bulk posting via express post. All other post offices let you pay upfront for the express parcels and then you go do your thing addressing parcels etc. Except here they individually weigh parcels and charge according to postal codes, which is extremely time consuming for me

I always feel for Post Office owners - they are largely at the mercy of AusPost and have so many complex responsibilities to assist the community with (yes, I know they do receive modest remuneration for it). I've taken curly questions and big piles of parcels to the staff in this PO and despite the long lines, phones ringing and AusPost complexity, they help me sort through my issues. Keep going Picton PO - thumbs up!!!
