Felt the outlet is looking a tad tired.It maybe faster to complete dealing with one customer at a time rather than hopping from one to another.

The lady who greeted us at the entry was lovely and welcoming. She didn't provide the correct information but we are all human. After waiting around for an hour (which also expected given how long one customer can take) we are then directed over to a customer service staff" (which I use extremely loosely) who not only couldn't help me but showed nothing but arrogance

Pathetic expect people to wait for service. Imagine if you went to Myers and were told that you had to make an appointment for 1.5 hours to try on a dress. Dont forget, this is to SPEND money in their retail store. To give them your money! Then blame it on Covid. The clear message here is that their time is more valuable than their clients.

I needed some quick advice on my finished payments and I was helped out by a staff member at the front of the store. She was able to answer all of my questions and let me know what I could do next when I was ready. No problems here.
