This holiday was for my sons 18th birthday, and the the hotel did not disappoint in helping me make this trip special. I had a wonderful experience from booking the trip, up until the end of our stay. Absolutely amazing service from Brooke, Tibby, Oliver and the staff at Relish restaurant! There was a birthday card and champagne waiting in his room on arrival, as well as the staff sending treats to his room. All the staff were happy to help in any way.Thank you!

Great service and very delightful rooms, it's all very fancy. A great location as it's only a few blocks away from the beach and a tram station is right outside.Only downside is the lack of stairs, even if it was just to the first floor.

Having stayed here for about 3 weeks. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.But a special mention needs to be given. I suffered a medical issue whilst staying. The staff were extremely kind, sat with me, and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. The team should be proud of themselves.They called the ambulance on my behalf and made every step to ensure my safety. And seemed genuinely concerned. Following up with me the next day.I would have recommended anyone to stay here regardless. But they have gone above and beyond in this incident.Thanks again to the staff

Really nice spot. Not really comfortable walking distance to the hub of the beach area & restaurants, which was fine for us. Just a quick Uber. The room had a great view, and was nice & large for my husband & I to have extra space in after several nights in much smaller accommodation. The hallways look like they've tried to give them a face-lift without too much financial investment. They have a laundry room which was great for us. While we were down there we looked at the gym, which I would never ever recommend. The equipment is badly rusted and it's in the basement. They should probably close the gym. The equipment seemed kind of dangerous.The pool outside seemed lovely, but we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety.Underground parking was nice.Overall, the room & service was very good and we left very pleased with it all.

Great location, right near light rail, great pool. Close walking distance to beach. Concierge Issac and receptionist Sarah - great service. Rooms are dated though and furniture looking quite old. Walls quite thin, could hear next room TV station. Lighting in bathroom was minimal, quite dark. I thought for the value and its name, it would have been a bit more modern. With all the new hotels around, I think it needs a bit of facelift.

Very good experience staying w/ them, the front desk was super friendly and always ready for going far to cater for your needs. It’s up to international-standard.Swimming pool is cold during winter, an on-demand warning system might help. As an engineer who actually cares about eco-friendly systems, I’ll suggest a solar panel-battery pack for your pool-warming.The buffet was good as well, I like the mushroom w/ spinach and smoked salmon. Coffee could have been better.

Rooms are clean and fresh and are spacious. It’s nice to not feel like you’re in a shoebox. I really like having a room where you can have fresh air & not stuck in air conditioning. Balcony was a good size with ocean view. Complimentary bottles of water in the room is nice however a more eco friendly option would impress me more. Staff were lovely and helpful. Didn’t use the facilities to be able to rate them. I would stay here again.
