My daughter did her first nail job here. She booked a time but had to wait more than 30 minutes, which would have been OK if there had been any attention given.While she was receiving service, she explicitly said she would want charms on her nails, let alone she said it on the booking call. However, she was told that they couldn't do charms because they already did a top coat. Why then didn't they do charms before they did a top coat????It was meant to be my daughter's birthday present. However, it left her upset and disappointed.I regret taking her to this shop.

Thai place is my new favorite nail salon. I wanted to try a new place and I heard this place was good. And they were not lying! This place is amazing. the staff are so friendly. The way they pay attention to details was amazing. My nails turned out stunning and I love them. There price is also quite reasonable. Thai place is the best. They shaped my nails perfectly. YOY NEED TO TRY THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!

This was the first time I ever got my nails done! I walked in without an appointment and they were more than happy to accomodate.Incredible service, very kind, polite and listened to what I wanted. She helped me when I wasn’t sure which type of flower I wanted and made the whole experience very pleasant!She said she’d only had the store for 5 months — you’d have no idea it was such a short amount of time. Very skilled, professional and efficient. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again!Thank you!

Best salon out there. Super hygienic and pay great attention to details, they won’t let you walk out with nails you are unhappy with, they have many nail art charms and sequins so the design possibilities are endless

Perfect nails every time! Love her work. She has always been accommodating and very sweet. Quite reasonable as well compared to other places.

I walked in on a Sunday morning, got served immediately, and paid $50 for fingers and toes shellac (no mani or pedi). The beautician did an amazing job and there were no inconsistencies/gaps as sometimes happens. So impressed with this salon, would highly recommend!

Most satisfied nails experience I had this year. Very clear and reasonable pricing, and so much attention to detail. They even took the time to take off and redo my nails twice because of some minor issues, making sure every nail is perfect. Thank you so much Lily, can’t wait to visit again.

Really uncomfortable experience. Was never directly consulted about what I wanted, was treated just as an add on to my friend. Hardly a ‘service’ as I was out of the chair for both hands and feet within 25 minutes, with not nearly enough coats of gel. They’re chipped after just one day but it’s not worth me going back considering how strange the atmosphere was. My friend had to have her french tips completely re-done after sitting for almost an hour.I come from a tipping culture and I would’ve tipped easily if I felt the service was worth the price. We won’t be returning.
