Firethorn Pet Care Centre

I left my old kitty there five or 6 times - once for three months and she always loved it. The Kitties get to look out over the nature reserve and the kennels are HUGE! The staff were so nice to her and as soon as we pulled up, she was ready to go visit them. After she passed, I took my new, 10 year old kitty there and told her Your predecessor ALWAYS loved this place". So she went inside and enjoyed her stay also. I LOVE THE STAFF AND OWNERS !!"

Very happy with how our dog was looked after here. It is especially nice that they made sure he had company and could spend time with other dogs and people. The people running the kennels are knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Our dog was very happy and healthy when we picked him up after a 10 day stay - will definitely book him in here next time we are going away.

We needed care for our two pugs at the last minute and we were very impressed with Geena from Firethorn. She was able to accommodate our girls and was excited to meet them. She truly cares about the animals and you can tell they trusted her straight away. They were bathed for picked up and seemed really happy. Thanks Firethorn!

I was so grateful to find a place that I could leave my boy for a few hours at a reasonable cost that I found worth every cent.Gina was lovely to my senior dependant while I was away I did not worry at all.

Claude and Hugo stayed overnight and seemed happy when picked up - they even appeared cleaner after their experience than when we usually pick them up from kennels. The fact they were were affectionate to staff impressed us. I just wish they'd fix the road where you enter the property as it's a shocker!!!

Great service, family run and affordable prices.I could not recommend Firethorn enough! A month out from Christmas they still managed to fit our golden retriever, Buddy, in for two weeks. I was quite hesitant leaving him at first but after meeting the staff there I felt so at ease. They are family run and straight away you can tell just how passionate they are about animals. Great communication from the staff and very accommodating, with no issues for an extra night stay last minute. Our Buddy was fed really well, plenty of play time and cuddles and freshly washed as we picked him up. We needed to take him back for a weekend stay just a week later and he was so excited to be back!We will only use Firethorn moving forward. Thanks again!

Lovely staff, and our dog is always enthusiastic when he arrives there. Highly recommended.
