I called and explained that I had a blockage in an eco system. The lady told me that they were familiar with that and able to handle it. I arranged a time to meet a plumber and asked to be called prior to arrival so I could show where the problem was. They sent a person out the day before with no call and naturally he didn't know where to start. The next day I met him on site and showed him the opening to the blockage. I was told he knew nothing about that sort of system and suggested I call someone else....Then I was billed for 2 calls....Keep away from them

Bones did the fit-off for our apartment renovation, they were great, turned up when they said they would, did a great job, when called for a couple of very minor issues that could have easily waited, they were there in hours ... now that is service !
