Love my coles express. Bought 2 stroke motor oil and the bowsers stop exactly when you need them to. Coffee for 1 dollar cannot complain about my GOTO Sanctuary, wherever I find it. Staff are very helpful and polite at all times.

Very poor customer service. I could not believe and understand how someone in customer service (behind the counter) could have no people skills or understanding or interest in promo offers. Seriously need to train staff. I didn't show that I was upset, but I was definitely not happy with approach of the man behind the counter, hence the review.
