The worst experience...I went in to get my screen on my Iphone fixed about two weeks ago. Had to go back 4 times for them to 'repair' the sensor on my phone so it wouldn't type uncontrollably.Still have the same issue. They are thieves, take your money and don't give the service you pay for. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst experienc ever, terrible management system!I asked for a quotation and they informed me to wait 10 mins and when I came back in 15 mins they required another 20 mins！Seems like they were extremely unprofessional to run their business

Avoid at all costs. My screen was replaced and was supposed to covered under a 90 day warranty. I was told at the time of replacement there was an issue with screen as it did not fully close onto the base of the phone. But not to worry, bring it back in the 90 days if i had any issues. Low and behold, the issue became worse so i took it back a month later. I was told it was not covered under warranty as it was the base of the phone and that I had to pay another 160 dollars to fix the same problem. Unashamed money grabbers with no moral compass! Come here if you want to be lied to and thoroughly ripped off.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Uses very poor quality iPad replacement glass. Broke barely two weeks after replacement from minor pressure. Not offering refund/replacement as per law. Very bad customer service.

Had my cracked screen repaired here. Price was competitive compared to DrBoom at Parramatta. Service is alright, but only one staff and they often have to ring the manager.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have terrible customer service and they do not repair screens properly. Within a couple of days of getting my Iphones screen repaired from then the screen broke. It had lifted up from the phone and cracked in a straight line from one side to the other. When taking it back to have it fixed they reported it is not covered by their warranty as it is physical damage and tried to say the phone was dropped which it was not. They would not back down on their stance and said it would be another $150 to replace the screen again. Avoid this shop!

I had a good experience with Tech Centa Marrickville before. So today I went in to buy Iphone5s screen protector. The lady helped me to chose one and did installation as well. She did a excellent job and film was perfectly aligned to screen edges. Very satisfied! Keep up, Tech Centa Marrickville.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Don't go to this place, they're a bunch of thieves (literally stole parts out of my iPhone when I went to get it fixed but denied the parts were ever there in the first place). Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Get your phone fixed somewhere else. Never would of thought that I could take my phone to get fixed and it be in a worse state than what it was when I went to pick it up. Actually impressed as to how bad they run their business.
