Parkmore DRY Cleaners

DO NOT COME HERE. Worst customer service! I sent my clothes off for dry cleaning however it did not come back clean. To top it off the staff was extremely rude and would not admit fault. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service. I gave them a $200 Donna to dry cleaned and I am not sure what they did but they ruined the Donna. It shrunk and around the edges the wool was no longer there. I didn't even get a refund, I was told to take it up with the manufacturer, they didn't own up to it or take responsibility. The same Donna was dry cleaned by them two times in the past with no issues but the last time the Donna shrunk, they didn't do there job correctly because if it was the Donna's fault it would have happened the first time it was dry cleaned. My suit Jacket was also ruined, it is full of creases that won't come out. I also took the same jacket for lip stick mark twice, pointed it out the first time, picked up the jacket and the mark was still there then took it back had to wait a week to get it back and I needed to wear the suit Jacket, finally the mark was removed. This shop was good and all my family where happy with Parkmore DRY Cleaners, but they all recently have had problems too and after what happened to us we all have decided to go some where else and I am writing this review to warn others too.

Thought it was way too expensive. $18 for 1 pair of trousers

Sent coat in for dry cleaning and it was returned to me with the same food stains. When I asked about it they said they didn't full dry clean it, in case the color of the coat would change??

Took four days to steam three suits and managed to lose my suit jacket. No phone line to call them and no means of communication.Their response to me asking where the suit jacket was dunno

Thrilled with the work this dry cleaner did. Had a dress that was damaged and needed a clean and they did both perfectly. Super happy with the outcome and the price was so reasonable. Definitely returning and doing more here in the future. Additionally, great customer service - always somebody at the front desk and to top it off, they remember you when you walk back in! Love it!

They lost our expensive suit pocket square. All their phone numbers are disengaged and when I went in there with a photo of it she said there's nothing she could do about it as they don't do the cleaning there and I should've noticed earlier... Definitely won't be going back here!

Very friendly efficient service by a a delightful lady. The cleaning was impeccable.

Went to get my a formal dress altered and they did a pretty good job.
