Bought superior wash. They did not wash the car as mentioned on the deal. The whell alloys were still dirty after the wash and the corner of the seats were not cleaned at all. The mats they took out while cleaning were not placed back in place either.You get a coffee/tea on the deal but I was not offered while I waited for the service.Overall disappointed with the service, not going back and would not recommend.

Very slow, missed areas cleaning my car in particular under wheel arches, did not vacuum interior and overcharged quoting the wrong price for the package actually performed, laughed at when I pointed this out. Dirty cloths left dirty water marks on windows which I had to wipe at home. No tea/coffee for my 1hr + wait instead told there is a shop across the street. Owner clearly wanted a quick buck with poor regard for quality and customer service, old lady also waiting in excess 1 hour beside me in the heat. Would not use again in the future or recommend to family/friends. Very slow and inferior clean for hyped prices. I only wish I had read reviews here prior to going.

I went their coz of of my mate recommended this place. But once I got my car wash I was very disappointed with the service I got. I paid 120 for good clean as what they said but after getting my car back I could see the crumbs on back seat . I complained to them about the vaccum and they said I had to pay additional 50$ to pick up that crumbs from seat. It literally took me 27 minutes to understand what the guy was saying. I would say to everyone do be safe and save ur money. These people just trying to rip the customer .

They told us to come back in 40 minutes and when we arrived it looked good as new.My car was really really dirty. I don’t think I have had it professionally cleaned in over 2 years so they did a great job. It was spotless, inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Very handy location - quick turnaround and it's possible to drive right through the back (I think). to avoid the queue at the front of the yard.

Stay away! These boys just want to make a quick buck. As you drive in the owner will rush up to you to convince you to pay for the more expensive wash. I got sucked in to this. When I picked up my car, it hadn't been vacuumed properly. Air vents were NOT blown. Rims were still dirty in some spots. No mention of tea or coffee (as listed). No sealer wax. No spray polish. It was just a quick vac and a wash and THAT'S IT! The car is still new, but it now has scrub marks on the bonnet and has lost that polished shine it used to have from their rough scrubbing, cheap chemicals and over-used cloths.

Really average auto detailing. I spent $120 and could not be more disappointed with the level of cleaning and finish. They tried to upsell me a $250 auto detail and when I was unsatisfied with the service I chose they blamed it on not spending more money. Internal dash not wiped down properly. Carpet and seats vacuumed poorly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this business.

I paid $100 for a superior detail and my car was left with polish powder marks all over it and barely looked at inside.I do appreciate the lovely service and complementary coffee, but they're churning though as many cars as possible without care.I want to continue to use this car wash because it is my local, but after a couple disappointing experiences, i can no longer.
