When the miso soup is the dish of the night something is wrong.Firstly the chef was a lovely lady and entertaining . The young waitress was rude and did not want to be at work on a sat night. The restaurant looks very old and in need of a refurb. I had the steak and prawn teriyaki and it was very bland with not much flavour to it all all. My wife had the chicken and her first mouthful had a bone in it which made her chew every bite slowly with care.Won’t be back

Food was great but felt rushed towards the end, as they obviously wanted to close on time. Your experience will vary depending on the chef that cooks for you. In general it is a cosy and casual place to eat and chat with friends.

Had a basa fillet and chicken teppanyaki for lunch. This is a combo lunch for $25 choosing 2 meats.The vegetable portion is generous. Chicken is ok but the fillet is too salty and together with the soya sauce is too much.

Food was absolutely devine and catered personally for the 2 of us having the teppanyaki grill area to ourselves. Highly recommended.

We went to Arigatou early with our extended family. We had such an amazing experience. The quality of the produce used was outstanding. Emma, our chef is so skilled and charismatic that she had our table mesmerized throughout the experience. Will definately recommend the restaurant to friends, family and even people i pass in the street. Amazing! Thanks Emma for an amazing experience.

One of the best asian restaurants I've been to in the Gold Coast. The chef is extremely skilled and it's very nice seeing her cooking what you're going to eat. The staff is very nice and the place is fine and very clean. You should definitely give it a try

Best teppanyaki on the Gold Coast and most reasonably priced! And bonus is right next door is the best creamiest gelato on the Gold Coast for dessert afterwards!

Fabulous experience with very talented chef's. Book ahead and Sit at the grill for the best show and delicious food.
