Took our deposit over 3 months ago, provided lots of estimates when they would start work and they never started the work. Sometimes they would say they would turn up all week, never rock up even without ringing/or informing us. Now 3 months later, we have a partly demolished back yard, don’t have our deposit money, and rubbish dumped by them. Phone calls and emails are being ignored.
