Do not buy land from Wayne Norwood, could not recommend him as he has lied on several occasions with the progress of The Range Moama. Three times l have been told that when the land would title still has not happened. As for the developers have been a nightmare which has seen the development progress at a snails pace. If l could give a lesser score than one star l would.

I dealt twice with CLK, namely REA Liam, when purchasing and selling a property in Echuca. Liam has been excellent in dealing with us, has lots of patience and very good at overcoming setbacks. Property was sold above expectation and I am happy with CLK First National Real Estate Echuca Moama

Rented through Charles L King. Communication with the property manager was really poor. I will say though the property manager was lovely when we did get hold of her on the odd time to time over the years -it just appears they have way too many properties to look after and not enough time to take genuine care of individuals paying to tenant the properties.The customer service we received when walking into the shop front the times we did come in we were greeted without a smile or a friendly welcome.A few things moving forward for your team to work on.Thanks for tenanting us over the years.
