I have been with Centrewest Insurance Brokers since they merged with Australian Insurance Services and have been extremely happy with the professional service that they provide. Claim process was made simple by the wonderful team at CentreWest. I had a few issues getting extra info from the plumber but CW would followup (without being) pesky and eventually I got all the info required and the claim was paid out within a couple of days.
