The old lady behind the front counter is very blunt and rude you smile she looks like you have upset her. Me and my mum wanted a nice meal out however we feel as if we should have never come here in the first place. On top of that I went to get some water and my mum was sat still eating I hadn’t finished my food when I came back the lady was trying to take my food- we only just sat down my mum said to her that I wasn’t done eating and the lady walked away saying nothing. Very bad customer service people need to Learn how to treat others nicely. Food was not the best. Wont be coming back.

Great place for a nice lunch, had the Turkish wrap and a perfect cup of coffee, service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Tables and chairs were cleaned after every customer.It got busy just after we ordered, but noticed everyone appeared to be attended to fairly quickly.Will certainly be back here again.Highly recommended.

Delicious! I decided to try it here this morning and I'll be back for sure. Pastries and cakes are made in house. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The Danish was incredibly moorish.

Their menu is reasonably priced and the food portion size is great. It was cooked fresh and very tastyThe only thing I might add was the garnish on the dishes were a little underwhelmingFor instance instead of cucumber and leaf mesc. a mini hash brown and cherry tomatoe.Or some blistered cherry tomatoes with balsamic and parsly. And the crepes needed more then 2 strawberries.The service was also really good and fast and friendly.

The meals were nice.There does need to be the standard Bacon n Eggs choice, though.The coffee was unfortunately weak.I ordered a mug and it was obviously made with one shot.Before I left, I complimented the food and mentioned the coffee being weak.We revisited about a week later and it was the same.You need to put 2 shots for a regular otherwise it tastes watery

Had breakfast there today. The service and food was fantastic. They also sell a range of handbags, earrings, scarfs and other items. It is not a place to be missed

Excellent breakfast cakes cappuccinoWe visited this friendly cafe again today. Absolutely our favourite cafe in this area! Love the food, the coffee, the service and most of all the friendly atmosphereWhat a great place. It was our second visit. The staff was very friendly, we ordered fresh made cake and it was very tasty.

The Black Bear Coffee Cupboard
This cafe has a small dark shop inside where you go to order. Unfortunately there is only out door dining which means your sweat sticks you to the chairs. No fuss dining. But what it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for it exceptional staff, which these days is hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised. I would go back on a cool day.
