Domino’s Pizza Bundaberg
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dominos this evening. (I will be contacting them and if they can provide a suitable solution, I will happily leave a positive review about their customer service team).Longgg story short, I placed my order at 6.57pm and finally received it at 8.58pm. When I got it inside, I realised the food was cold. Also, the chips were burnt, pizza edges were burnt and the pasta had completely hardened.My delivery address was 0.5 miles from the store (yes I know I’m lazy to get it delivered, but that’s what delivery services are for, right?) and yet it still took them 2 hours to make and deliver some cold, yet also burnt?, food?

Absolutely the worst business in Bundaberg. Delivery girl did a great job. Meal was delivered an hour late. Harry the manager dead set liar. Meal arrived over an hour late. Undercooked and Pepsi warm.

Took 45 minutes for them to make 2 milkshakes. Ridiculous wait and the milkshakes are undrinable!! They are not even blended

ordered pizza 1.5 hours ago which is not the worst problem as stores get busy, the problem is that its been ready waiting to be delivered for 30 minutes so at best we will be getting a stale brick if it ever gets delivered. EDIT: raised to two stars after staff apologized for the delay

Pizza is always delicious. Loaded Pepperoni is our favourite. Orders are usually on time even on busy nights. The staff have good customer service.

Wanted to compare a meal deal 2 pizzas, garlic bread and 1.25lt drink to 2 pizzas. Asked how much for the 2 pizzas i wanted Was told 2 pizzas $ 19.95 so just got pizzas. Only to realise after it was for each pizza . Total$42.53 Pointed this out, no offer of drink and garlic breadNo refund. Not happy definitely no return. 2nd chance

With all due respect, worst pizzas I have ever tasted. The pizza itself was very sloppy and thin, and had barely any flavours other than cheese, pepperoni and salt. Boring. I do not reccomend Dominos. I do not see how many people eat this stuff repetitively. I would favor these pizzas if they were alot more exiting with alot more flavours. The service was good, though, and they were quite fast at making their pizzas.

Service was efficient and friendly , but unfortunately our pizza and garlic bread where cold .Not a very good experience for first time customers here in Bundy .We will thick twice before ordering again.
