Good customer service, Nice price. I did register my name when I purchased hill's science diet cat dry food. Staff said to me After buy 10 bags during 18 months since from today, it will be free 1 bag. I am happy to find this shop. Thank you.

They have the cheapest chicken and duck feed I know anyways near me, online or offline. Usually I load up 10 bags ago , I don't know their name , 2 old blokes, one young guy that there from time to time, plus the old mama. They always been friendly to me, tell them what I want , and how they will wheelbarrow to my car and off I go. Fast and efficient that's how I like it.

This shop has a good variety and not too expensive but I found the staff quite …cold and not very friendly .. not warm. I don’t want to go back because of this reason. A smile and warm personalities go a really long way.

A local landmark. I can't think of any other place in Melbourne like this one. If it ain't human, you'll find food here to feed it. Put this on a tourist list of places to visit. Not for the claustrophobic.

I love the shopkeepers here. They are very present with their customer service. They also will suggest the best cat food and toys for your floof. This hard worker didn't complain once and had nothing to say but good energy.

This place is our go to. They have a much better selection of food, toys, and pet needs than My Pet Warehouse and the staff is lovely.
