Great company! Just got a missed call from them wanting to know how my cleaner was going - I was able to text them back so they're not intrusive or demanding on my time. They do spot checks and try to get as much feedback as possible. They're flexible and try hard to facilitate to get the right person. Eleesa who helps me fortnightly is amazing. Great attention to detail, communicative and willing. She's intuitive and knows what needs to be done.I love their communication system - They leave a little note if any thing is running out. Affordable and flexible. I leave the key in a locked letter box for her If I'm not home so is very safe and trustworthy. Highly recommend Excel Cleanings services!

Very happy with our cleaner from Excel who does a very good job and is reliable (friendly too). It is reassuring to know that we will come home to a clean house and at a very reasonable price. Also like that the cleaners use my own products so you know what is being used and are happy with it. Office staff are also helpful and polite. I have been a client of Excel for 2.5 years and hope to remain one for a long time to come!

The cleaner I have from Excel is by far the best cleaner I have ever had. She is always punctual and extremely friendly and easy to deal with. She is extremely thorough and meticulous about everything she does. She even feeds my animals if I have to go out. I’m very happy and hope that she stays with me for a long time.

This company like most other cleaning companies expect employees to have a ABN. They take $14/hour for every hour you are charged out at. 80 employee at 20 hours a week yield $22,400 in gross revenue. The fact of the matter is the avoidance of paying a decent income to cleaners as per Fair Work Australia Legislation. Anyway, I have emailed Bill Shorten(NDIS minister), The prime minister, the employment minister and the health minister. I am requesting the new government reform in the industry regarding sham subcontractor arrangements that are taking place. Not to mention that not having the NDIS screening check done is a serious offence. I am not even sure if they have public liability insurance in place because the more employees you have on the books, the more expensive the insurance costs. This is another evil to be addressed. Excel cleaning has an established brand on the internet and a bespoke software solution to make sure they get their $14/hour from every worker. If you play by their rules because you cannot get a job anywhere else, they are real nice. I had my differences at the end of the day because I wanted to use a polishing machine to clean the shower as I understood the chemistry of a dirty shower. This was a process improvement from the basic training I received. They did not want to listen to any of it. Sounds like a replay of the five monkeys in a cage experiment. This is a warning shot across the bow of their ship.
