Placed an order for a laundry door with dog door in December. Planned install date of February. Door was installed in April. Glass was cracked on installation; wasn't replaced until May. It's the end of June and I still haven't received my keys to the door so cannot unlock it from outside. Had to do a lot of chasing up for installation but they were very pleasant whenever I communicated with them.
