Yarra Valley Towing

The owner of yarra valley towing was out cleaning up debris after our family member was killed in a car accident on the weekend, he was very supportive and sympathetic and we cannot thank him enough as we appreciate his warmth and concern.

Practice service is pretty good. Poor management and customer service. I doubt if that's a legal business. I have reported it to the insurance company with a formal complain.

These guys saved the day when I got my car stuck in the Dandenong Ranges! Special mention to Chris who did an amazing job of getting my car out with no damage. Thank you!

Dropping in a review for exceptional customer service, friendliness, knowledge and for being Great People. I have not used their service but we called them stuck near Marysville just after the Black Spur Drive when our car broke down on a long weekend. No mechanics available for next 48hrs. They explained how much it would cost us for towing using different options, enquired what went wrong with the vehicle and explained what could be the issue (Which was later confirmed by mechanic as well), gave us an alternate option rather than opting for direct towing. They could have just given us a quote to tow and got the job done if they only wanted money. The Alternate option worked for us to get a mechanic to the spot and we reached home safely without spending a fortune. Thank you so much !!!

Do not use this company's services.Was promised a pick up mid morning.I recived no notifications and at 12.15 I had to ring them to find out what was going on.Was told a truck would be there in an hour and a half.2 hours later there was still no truck.My roadworthy was cancelled and my partner missed a day of work waiting for this companyDo not use this company, there are so many other options don't waste your time with these guys.
