Stairworx recently replaced our old carpet staircase to a new timber staircase and we are extremely happy with the quality and finish of their work, our new staircase looks amazing.We Highly recommend Stairworx to anyone wanting to do their stairs. Jake and his team were very professional and prompt, they had a clear plan from our first meeting to the end of the job. Very honest and easy to deal with. The Stairworx team was brilliant from start to end.They gave reasonable quotes, clearly discussed all our options for the difficult job, stuck to their timeline, and delivered an excellent result. We are thrilled with their workmanship and we thank them for their commitment to the task at hand, going above and beyond to help us make use of what was once a storage attic with a dangerous makeshift ladder but is now a fully functioning upstairs loft with stunning and safe staircase. I contacted Jake to do our stairs after i saw great reviews on google. He quoted us and when the time came to measure. He just kept on saying next week next week. He wasted our time as we didnt get a quote from any other company. This guy is just a time waster and has no value for other peoples time. Goodluck to others who go with him as they will need a lot of that.....
