Words can't describe how happy I was with the service I received from Kosdown Printing. I had been stuffed around by other companies, but when I spoke to Derek he listened and was so understanding and genuine. They took care of me because I'm a student, and the people working there are obviously very passionate about what they do. Couldn't ask for more, I highly highly recommend. More businesses should be like this!

Derek and the team at Kosdown always do an amazing job and are always willing to help out. They're always willing to help out no matter how big or small a job is, can't recommend enough!

So far, my experience of Kosdown Printing is poor. Opening hours for Sunday is stipulated as 6am to 2pm so I called them from 6-9am for an emergency job and no one answered the phone. It rang and rang and rang over and over again. Given the 4.9 Star rating they have received, I would have liked to have experienced this level of service, even to have someone answer the phone! Perhaps change your opening hours if you are not open to receive enquiries at this time.

I got referred to Kosdown from a good friend before my wedding.It was my last option, a long weekend and very late notice, however they were more than willing to help out.I spoke to the owner, who was away for the long weekend. He passed me onto a guy that was working at the factory.Not only did they do an incredible job, they were so nice and accommodating to my needs, even though it was so last minute.Sorry it has taken me so long to leave a review, but in this instance Kosdown were actually life savers and enabled me to have stunning menus, placecards and entrance signage for my wedding day.Thank you so much, especially for hanging around to finish our very late job on a long weekend!
