Kidscape Ballarat

My daughter has been at kidscape since she was one of the first babies to attend when it first opened. We love the kidscape family and appreciate what they do so much. Through covid and other sickness outbreaks the centre is managed so well. We are so happy we chose kidscape and look forward to many more years as our new baby will start there later in the year!

Entering your child into care is a daunting challenge for a parent, but the ladies at kidscape made the process so easy and welcomed my family like they’re own. They treat my daughter with professional, warm and patient care and she absolutely adores all her carers. Highly recommend kidscape to all families.

We absolutely love Kidscape!The Director Niki is absolutely lovely and you feel so welcomed from your first step inside those doors!The staff are so attentive to the children, ensuring supervision is upheld.It is such a relief when you find a centre with an all round great team of educators.I feel like my child’s educator takes time to discuss necessary information regarding my child and truly cares about my child’s learning journey.To leave your child in someone else’s care knowing they are safe, happy, supported, acknowledged and encouraged is a feeling every parent wants!The environment is very inviting with meaningful experiences throughout. The outdoors area is like an adventure waiting to happen; Slides, jumping pillows, sandpits. It makes you wish you were a child again.Please go for a tour and see for yourselves.

The care and the environment for this place is great. But its unfortunate that they well and truly can't manage anything to do with there finances properly and how they take direct debits even when you call them. Don't lose your job or keep your baby home when they are sick as they will do literally zero to assist you despite not using their service. Thanks nikki...

My son was welcomed to the centre and settled in beautifully thanks to the patience and caring nature of all of his workers. Due to having allergies they’ve been so accomodating with food and unlike previous centres with my other children have had no accidents with food. I cannot recommend the centre and the workers enough.

We have been at kidscape for almost a year. My daughter loves attending the centre and has grown so much and made lots of connections with her little friends and the educators. Such a friendly, fun and bright centre.

My daughter started at Kidscape Ballarat on their opening day in 2019 and since then Kidscape has become her second home. She absolutely loves all of her educators and most of the time she doesn’t ever want to go home. With such a great first experience there was no second guessing where my little boy would attend when the time came. He started at Kidscape January 2022 and has settled in so well, he is comfortable and supported every day.The staff at Kidscape are welcoming, engaging and all round fantastic all because of the amazing leadership that Niki provides. Everything I have asked for has been well received and implemented, no request is too much.Kidscape has been our second home for the last two years and we couldn’t have asked for better.

My son has been going since the centre first opened just over 2 yrs ago. We have both been supported during this time, as he had bad separation anxiety the staff have been amazing.

My daughter goes here and the staff are absolutely amazing and so accomodating, she loves actually going to kinder and gets excited when we drive passed it which just shows how comfortable she is there, could not recommend it enough!
