I was looking to buy myself a gold watch for Mothers Day. I looked online and found a lovely clear one at Watsons Jewellers. When I ordered it, even though it was a great price, they gave me a further 5% off. I ordered it on Saturday and it was here the following Tuesday from Tasmania to Victoria. It was well packaged and postage was free. I could not be more happy with my purchase and will look to them for any purchases in the future.

Fantastic price and service. I ordered two Seiko Prospex Speedtimer watches online from Sydney and they were at my front door in 26 hours. Spoke to Watsons over the phone about combining the two watches into one package with separate invoices and they were very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

Best price going for a limited Ed. G-Shock (GM2100SS-1A). Ordered on the 28/06 & arrived on the 30/06.Everything as described, brand new & sealed. Packaging was first class, they even filled out the warranty card too. I've bought a few G Shocks over the years, I've never seen any establishment actually fill the card out. You always get your reciept & warranty slip, but to fill & date the slip. Small things like that show that these guys take what they do seriously. I couldn't be happier with my purchase & the service I recieved. It was shipped first thing the morning after I paid & arrived within 2 days interstate express post. I cannot justify another watch purchase, but if I did, I'd definitely check these guys out first. Absolutely recommend, based on my experience.

5 stars - excellent retailer to deal with online.A watch I bought was delivered to the incorrect address by the courier with someone signing off the package. I contacted Australia Post and opened an investigation. I also contacted Watsons Jewellers and explained the situation and quoted my Australia Post case reference number. Very promptly, Watsons Jewellers contacted Australia Post and took over my case.On returning home that day, my watch was sitting on the dining room table, stickers still intact. Big thanks to Dell at Watsons Jewellers for contacting me so quickly and taking over the case. I felt reassured after receiving the option of a refund or replacement watch should the courier not be able to retrieve the watch. I purchased a Seiko watch from Watsons Jewellers which was packaged securely and arrived to WA in perfect condition. The hand written thankyou note was a nice touch. I will be buying from this business again in the future.

What legends. Had my eye on this King Turtle for a while, tried it in a store, but found the best price here and bought online.Quickest postage I've seen during the holiday period as well. I'm sure these guys are passionate about watches, so it's a good feeling to have this in my hands.

The team at Watsons are absolutely incredible! They helped me design and then custom made the wedding ring of my dreams. From keeping me up to date with progress, to sharing CAD renderings of the design, the whole process was so enjoyable and stress free! And to top it off, they came in 2 weeks ahead of estimated delivery date - INCREDIBLE!! The craftsmanship of the completed ring is divine and truly a piece I will treasure forever. Special mention to Josh who went above and beyond to accomodate my meticulous and indecisive mind. 10/10 would recommend.
