I love oysters!! to me the best is natural with lemon or without, I have had oysters in other parts of the world and of course up and down NSW Coastline, BUT, without doubt and by sheer good luck found Brighton Oysters, the flavour and size wow, will keep going back and back and back. Great taste and lovely people who own the business!! thank you for terrific oysters

What a fantastic long weekend spent at Brighton Oysters and The Mad Shuckers accommodation. We stayed 3 nights in the 3 bedroom house and what a home away from home it was. Extremely clean and comfortable with care and attention to making sure of a restful sleep on cosy beds. When you stay you must ensure you take advantage of the oyster experience, learn all about the process ask lots of questions cause Matty and Peita are a wealth of knowledge on all things Oysters. Sample the most amazing and enormous Oysters I've ever had straight from the river. Bloody amazing. And to top off this fabulous experience are the most magical sunsets your eyes will ever see. Peita, Matty thank you for making our weekend so special. We will be back x
