I contacted Matthew on Staurday afternoon with an enquiry re a dry cabinet, he responded straight away and was very helpful. Ordered the cabinet, it was shipped first thing Monday and arrived in melbourne Wednesday. Excellent service.

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had - item had not arrived 10 days after ordering only to find out they do not have it in stock and will not be able to send it to me for another two weeks. NO communication and seemingly little to no effort put in. Do not recommend, shop somewhere else.

Matthew took the time to explain each one and what was best suited for the needs I described. Walked away with the ones he suggested and I am very happy! Bad customer service. Matthew was very impatient regarding enquiries I made. He didn't want to answer any more questions to ensure I was making the right decision. He hung up on me and disconnected the phone line when I tried to call back. Whether he was the owner or just a manager his attitude reflected how they did business-- just to make a quick buck off you.Don't do business with them!

My latest purchase from Photo Equipment Store Australia arrived today, less than 24 hrs after I ordered it. (V-lock batteries and charger this time).Not only is it the cheapest and most efficient camera store I have dealt with, Mathew always knows a lot about the equipment he sells. The range, price and service seems unbeatable to me, this place is at the top of my list.
