We arranged for Mike to come out and give us a quote for replacement of our hot water system, he was very professional, quoted us for the job and was prompt in coming to resolve this around his very busy schedule. Very happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber, highly recommended

We had six taps throughout the house that needed to be replaced. Michael is very professional and carried out the tasks with minimum fuss and minimum mess. One of the taps was particularly difficult and he was able to solve the problem easily. He gave us a quote before starting the job. Many thanks to Mike for his assistance in replacing our old copper gas and water external pipes. Mike went above and beyond to cater to our needs and also gave honest feedback on other plumbing issues that were not part of our agreed scope of works. A keen listener, he picked up on our intention to switch from gas storage to continuous flow HWU in the future and made allowances in the underground pipework for future proofing. He also found a small leak during his gas pressure test and fixed a botched job that was left unnoticed by the previous plumber. Called Michael, he answered immediately, happened to be in the area so arrived in 15 minutes, sorted out my heater and gas fitting in a jiffy and even went as far as opening up the heater and using the industrial blower to get rid of the old dust from the fan etc… excellent service! Would highly recommend!!

After I found a leak in my water pipes Mike could not have been more helpful. He came out to investigate the problem right away and promptly put me in touch with his preferred leak detector. Once the leak was found Mike was able to return to my property quickly and efficiently fixed the issue despite it being in a difficult to reach location under the slab. He also replaced some taps and a shower rose whilst at the property. Mike was very knowledgeable, talked me through the issues and even provided some advice for some potential future works.The final price was very competitive and the work that was carried out was very worth it. All in all a very positive experience and I am very happy to have found a trustworthy plumber in my local area.
