As Tenants we found the staff at Adelaide South Property to be Friendly, Responsive and Timely.For any prospective landlords I cannot overstate Marks level of experience and the importance he places on traditional, personalized service. Elsewhere we have recently experienced the current trend taken by property management to outsource -particularly in the applicant screening process. In contrast it is clear that Marks more traditional approach ensured the interests of both us as tenants and also our landlord were best served.

Have known Mark for over 10 years, first met him when he was the agent of the property I was renting at the time. I found Mark to be honest, polite and very professional, so a few years later when I needed an agent for my first investment property Mark was the obvious choice.Since then I've moved to a different state, Mark and his team have been managing that property for 5 years now. Nicole has been my property manager for the past year. It's nice to have someone look after your property who understands that a rental property is an investment but needs to be properly maintained. Nicole's inspection reports provide me with details of items that I should repair as they are a hazard or recommends to be repaired when funds or tenants allow. Nicole is efficient in organising quotes and repair work to be done by liaising with the tenant and the maintenance company involved. Was an absolute pleasure to meet Virginia Jay, she went above and beyond to help us with our application for a home to rent.
