I had flooring laid by this company last week. I posted a good review. My advice now is don't review until the job is finished. It took four days of waiting after payment to receive 3 lengths of aluminum Quad. Various excuse were given for delays? even the final del time was 4 hours late.I paid approx $130 for the quad (not fitted) & purchased the same items today at Bunnings for $51. Further inspection of the fitted floor showed that gaps recommended to be no less than 6 mm proved to anything from Zero to 14 mm Meaning that I have had to rework dome of the work myself.3 pieces of Alum quad fitted between the ceramic tiles & the flooring weren't securely glued into place & have had to be removed cleaned & resecured. As a qualified trades person & Quality Assurance manager I believe I have the credibility & experience to spot sub quality work.(3 weeks later) I have just had a lady contact me through this review indicating that she also had similar problems with this company & whilst she has paid in full her work hasn't been completed. she was advised by Matt that this review was placed here by a competitor that scammed the web site. Not true I can be contacted to verify the factsPlease take care I do not recommend this company & if you are using them do not pass over any payments until the job is complete
