A really good sales team, interested in my needs , and not trying to push any product. Offered several good options. Been really pleased with my Sealy King Single adjustable bed that has been life changing. Manager Jason has ben invaluable with aftersales assistance. Snooze are on approved list for my Aged Care Provider funding.

I visited on Friday 21st May with the aim of buying a new mattress. A woman and younger man were at the counter, talking away, ignoring my presence, it was awkward as I was the only customer. It was only when I started to walk out that the young man asked could he help. Poor customer service. I went to Sleepy's and got my new mattress straight after this.
