South Coast Radiology

Everyone there is very professional but each client is treated like a person, not just a number. I love that. If there are any changes they need to make, they will explain so there is complete understanding. I definitely recommend them to anyone able to access this service.

Each time that I have needed to use South Coast Radiology, whether via phone or in person, the service has been amazing. The staff in all areas of the business have been wonderfully kind, friendly, and professional. It makes the worries that you may be dealing with so much lighter to bear.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful and stressful experience!Made to wait for ages for each appointment except the one I was late for. Then cancelled last minute for my 20 week scan due to sickness. Then on the follow up appointment (the only one they could do before we hit 22 weeks) they called me to cancel again and advised I was too high risk for them to see and I had to book with someone else !! No explanation why I was high risk they just referred me back to my gp and this scary news was a complete surprise to me after the lovely sonographer told me I was extremely low risk at the nuchal scan and the additional nipt test I had done was also extremely low risk !!Now i am out of pocket on Medicare and having to outlay more cost and go out of my way to find an alternative. Thanks SCR !! Terrible customer experience!!!!

Ease,comfort and very professional personnel. I was looked after from the moment I walked through the door. Treatment was explained with compassion. I cannot speak highly enough regarding staff. Staff were very personable and professional during each procedure. They clearly explained each step of the process ensuring I was comfortable as they progressed. I have been there many times and everyone has been friendly and respectful from the reception staff, nurses, radiology staff and doctors.

I found the staff at Robina were all very efficient and made me feel at ease as I have never had a MRI before. It actually wasn’t as bad as some people had explained. The nurses that took me through let me know everything that was going to happen- gave me some great music to listen to and it was quite relaxing even though as they explained it sounded like I was on a work site!

Doc said I needed an urgent scan. Headed straight here to SCR Robina. The admin staff understood completely and somehow squeezed me in with a tech named Sam. The scan took her 30 minutes to complete and the whole time she was professional but also reassuring. Sam turned what could've been an uncomfortable and truly worrying 30 minutes into a lovely chat with a friend that finishes sooner than one would hope. Big thanks to Sam, the admin team and to the managers who obviously allow these gems the autonomy to be so human in this overly fast, commercial & synthetic world.

The staff from receptionist to nurses to radiologists and Doctors were all professional and friendly. I was quite and anxious about the procedure and they were very reassuring. However the room itself was very stark and clinical. I was left to wait there for some time which would have been less stressful had there been some calming pictures on the walls, such as a photo of a beach or rainforest which I would have been able to focus on rather than instruments and equipment. Perhaps some relaxing background music would have helped also.

Professional and amazing! The nurses made me feel very comfortable, they explained the process and made sure I was okay throughout the entire procedure. Couldn’t fault the team at all. From check in to leaving everyone was very friendly.
