I'm quite annoyed right now as I have to sit outside this store for an hour to make a purchase. It's 1.30pm on a Wednesday!I came yesterday to look for a suitcase and the lady was very helpful. I had 2 options to choose from and told her I would think about it overnight and return the next day to make the purchase.So, here I am to make my purchase and the store is closed!I see a different lady inside busily working away. I knock on the door and she comes over to tell me she is closed for lunch and come back in one hour!!Clearly she is working and not on a lunch break.I'm only buying the suitcase from this store now because I actually really need it but I would rather not shop here and if I had more time to shop around, I would go elsewhere.In my opinion, because she is inside working and not on a lunch break, she should have inquired more instead of just telling me to come back.
