Great company with great customer service. Extremely happy with my excavator purchase. Great accessory options provided and the excavator itself came pre plumbed with quick connects and easy to operate options/instructions. Jess and Troy were great to work with and extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to organise transport for the delivery of the excavator to me. Troy and Jess from Melbourne Machinery are very rare individuals. Unlike most other suppliers of this type of equipment they are honest, knowledgeable and provide the service and backup that their competitors just don't have. When purchasing complicated machinery it's just a matter of time before issues occur; to think otherwise is just foolish. Troy is a certified mechanic with 30 + year experience and not only has the expertise to address issues he stocks the parts to facilitate quick repairs. So if you are going to buy an excavator or dumper and are penny pinching then pray nothing goes wrong - good luck with that. My experience although rare is the perfect example. 50 hours of use and something breaks, 48 hours later it's fixed and I'm back digging holes. Try that with anyone else. Thanks Troy and Jess, I couldn't recommend anyone else.
