I have only recently been purchasing off Online Coins and collectables. Easy to deal with and quick dispatch - goods are always packaged so well. Good work guys :-)

Great prices on items. Shipped pretty quickly it was the couriers fault it was not delivered correctly. Fast email response time and packaging was great. Thank you.

Abysmal service and communication. This amateur mob is happy to take your money and leave you waiting until you start a Paypal dispute to get your money refunded. Avoid purchasing anything online from them else you're going to be bitterly disappointed. Would award zero stars if that was possible.Edit to reply: Your stock was not labelled as being on back order". If it was I would never have bought it. Stop lying. It makes you even worse than you already do."

Useless! Made me wait a couple of months only to find out the products I purchased we’re out stock. They never update you. Asked for a refund to a different account because the card I used for purchase got stolen. And they still refunded the money to the stolem card. Trash!

I have been buying coins online for over 12 months now, as I am getting back into the joy of finding new and old coins. I found a few good online stores, but not many have BNPL like Afterpay, which Online Coins does offer at this time. Some that do are slow to process or have limited stock.I found Online Coins and Collectables a week ago, browsed their store and signed up with them. On placing my 1st order, I was pleasantly surprised by the great communication and the speed of their processing of my order.I received my order email within minutes and then surprisingly, my order confirmation email within 20mins. As I ordered in the morning on a weekday, I even had a shipping email that afternoon, very impressed!!I do not wish to put extra pressure on them, as coin collectors are going crazy at the moment pushing dealers order times up greatly, but Online Coins processed my order faster and more professionally than any other dealer I have used recently. This may change as demand grows, but atm very fast!My email was not only quick to arrive, but I love that it included pictures of the coins I purchased, and links to the order and my account.Using the Shop App" I am able to track my order

A superb store with top quality surface. I made my order 2 days ago and it's here. All professionally packaged with loads of fodder and bubble wrap to protect the product. This is my go to place now thank you so much guys

Absolute dodgy dealer. Andrew and Sarah sell you items, then on sell them before you pick them up. They don't run a reputable business and then make excuses for their liesThere's many other coin dealers out there that you can trust, but not these ones.
