I highly recommend this Real Estate，Daniel Yan who is my the property manager, gives me a brand new impression of this profession. Daniel inspected my property over five hours before rent out, he did a huge report with lots of photos and detailed instructions, and impressed me with his professionalism. He was so pleasant and polite and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend them to other landlords.

Abhorrent, disrespectful, unprofessional and misleading. We had been informed Harcourts Adelaide City was the managing agent we needed to speak with. Upon initial contact with their agency, Jeni Hill denied knowledge of the property and advised they did not manage the property. After sending us on a goose chase, the council confirmed they are listed as the managing agent. A follow up call to the office resulted in their receptionist confirming they do indeed manage the property. Queries were escalated to the agency principal, Jing Wang. Jing does not reply to emails or return calls, despite the urgency and sensitivity of the matter. Should you care for your property, do not use this agency. Happy to remove this review should you somehow muster up the ability to resolve this matter.

Avoid!!!!!!The most incompetent agency in Adelaide.Strongly recommend ANY other real estate company.

I went for an inspection at 4/13-15 Piccadilly.Chris Lin" who was the property manager was showing the property was very rude.I understand there were lot of people coming for an inspection. But

I met with Rebecca about renting my property out and was extremely impressed with her professionalism, the research she did before our meeting and her preparedness to work around our particular circumstances. She was so pleasant and polite and customer focused. I would definitely recommend her to other landlords.

Very dismissive of tenants questions. I rarely asked for much during my 1 year tenancy and was met with very rude responses. When asking to do a final walk through, I was met with “make sure you return the keys on your last day” to be later asked if I can have them bring a new tenant through. Really upsetting to be treated this way especially when you hear of the horror stories that some tenants put agents through. In particular was Liz and Jing Wang (also featured in a terrible review below). Kapli was lovely and so helpful and could teach them a thing or two about customer service (it’s not always what the owner wants, as without the tenant they won’t get to far)

If I could, I would have given zero-star to this agency!Before signing the lease, the property manager kept chasing me and answered every phone call. After signing the lease, her first response was that I had 100 properties" to look after. Hence delay in response.The house we leased through this agency had multiple fundamental issues. Instead of coming over and looking for some of the issues

Very unprofessional and always contacted us by call regarding rental property. They have called us to move out from the property after giving 2 weeks notice as we have followed on their request before the lease expired because owner wants to sale his house but later just they have just changed their mind as soon we signed another lease agreement. Ridiculous and disappointed because of lack of information they wouldn’t able to provide us enough correct information. So, never trust on their phone call! Please always communicate by email so you could have enough proof in future to claim your bond as they have played smartly with us!

Very helpful for students and immigrants, Bobby is really patient explaining the buying process for newcomers as we have to prepare for more paperworks. Their commission for selling is also flexible, ill let them sell for me in the future

My partner and I are in our early 20s and were looking to move out to find our own space. We were overwhelmed with all the different kinds of properties but with the help of the senior property manager Jeni Hill, we found the perfect place and couldn’t be happier with the service! She is extremely professional and with every minor issue we’ve had Jeni was extremely diligent in helping us, we are very satisfied clients. We hope to stay in the harcourts family for many years to come! 10/10
